Tukka Tuk has officially rebranded, ushering in a bold new chapter in street food.

Driven by a desire to bring fresh ideas and exciting flavours to the table, the team decided it was time for a change—and it all started with a new name and logo.

Introducing “Anand George’s Indian Kitchen”—a name that pays tribute to the passion, creativity, and culinary excellence of Chef Anand George. This rebrand not only honours his remarkable contributions but also gives the brand a distinct and personal identity.

In the last 17 years, Chef Anand George has transformed the South Wales food scene, not only by refining Indian cuisine but also introducing cutting edge flavours, texture and presentation. From the food truck in 2016, Novelle cuisine of Purple Poppadom to permanent outlets in Cardiff Market, Goodsheds in Barry, Founders&Co at Swansea and now at Caerphilly!

Everything at this kitchen is made fresh in-house—no additives, no shortcuts, and no store-bought curry pastes.

Their spices come straight from India, freshly ground and perfectly tempered for maximum flavour. The famous KFC, Indo-Chinese Hakka noodles, Loaded fries with Chicken Tikka / Paneer Tikka and more are all time favourites.
