In the last 17 years, Chef Anand George has transformed the South Wales food scene, not only by refining Indian cuisine but also introducing cutting edge flavours, texture and presentation. From the food truck in 2016, Novelle cuisine of Purple Poppadom to permanent outlets in Cardiff Market, Goodsheds in Barry, Founders&Co at Swansea and now at Caerphilly!

Everything at this kitchen is made fresh in-house—no additives, no shortcuts, and no store-bought curry pastes.

Their spices come straight from India, freshly ground and perfectly tempered for maximum flavour. The famous KFC, Loaded fries with Chicken Tikka / Paneer Tikka and more are all time favourites.
