The Caerphilly Cheese Weekender IS BACK. Happening all weekend.

From 10am to 4pm, we have our pop-up market for you to come and support your local traders.

10am to 12pm – Join us for a walk to Caerphilly Castle to celebrate our heritage and what we have on our doorstep, take a mental photo and on our return we’ll be making Caerphilly Castle out of recycled crafts. Start collecting empty toilet rolls, kitchen rolls, bottle tops and more and bring them on the day! How big can our creation be?

From 12pm, enjoy a taste of Welsh street food. 2pm we have Welshcake flavour tasting with Cwtch Bakes, will you guess the flavour right?

At 3pm, we welcome live music with a Twmpath band and 5pm live music with a Welsh performer (Welsh and English)

Going later into the evening, from 7pm we have Welsh Beer tasting with Tom at the Lock up Bottle Shop, enjoy the flavours Wales have to offer!

All our market and food traders are open.
