Join Two Shot Social for a chilled-out 5K, starting and finishing at Ffos Caerffili. No stress, no stopwatch – just easy miles, great company, and seriously good coffee.

Whether you’re lacing up for the first time or you’re a seasoned jogger who runs for the chat, this one’s all about keeping it social. There’s no pace pressure, just a welcoming crew of runners getting some fresh air and catching up over a post-run brew.

Come with friends or rock up solo – either way, you’ll be part of the gang.
